Sifu Carl Foti
Carl started his training in Mu Dong Gung Fu in August of 1981 under the directorship of the Merolillo Mu Dong Kung Fu Training Studio. Carl further advanced his strict training regime by training privately with Grandmaster Sam Wong of Toronto, Canada. It was his dedication, respect and passion for the art that has earned Carl the prestigeous rank of Sifu, not to mention hard work.
Sifu Jim Moorhouse
Jim started training in Mu Dong Gung Fu in June of 1978 under the directorship of the Merolillo Mu Dong Kung Fu Training Studio. Upon earning his black sash, Jim continued his Mu Dong Gung Fu training privately at Grandmaster Sam Wong's home in Toronto, Canada.
It was in February of 2000 at graduation that Grandmaster Sam Wong graded and presented Carl with his distinguished red sash, honorable title of Sifu and gave him the Chinese Taoist gung fu name of Ching Hoi Loong. This marked years of intense training in the martial arts and a friendship that would last for eternity.

At graduation in February of 2000, Jim
was graded and received his red sash, distinguished title of Sifu, and the Chinese Taoist gung fu name of Wyee Guk from Grandmaster Sam Wong. All those years of rigorous training and guidance from the grandmaster himself, had ensured that Jim could now pass down all that gung fu knowledge to the next generation of gung fu enthusiasts.
